Phuchka, also known as Fuchka, Pani Puri and Golgappa. Unanimously loved by all desi people, this is the most popular street food in all of South Asia and among the diaspora. Made of a crisp fried hollow ball, filled with spicy peas and potatoes, topped with tamarind water, onions, cucumber, cilantro and shredded eggs. This is the Bangladeshi version of this famous snack.
